  When does the warranty start?

  It begins from the date of the first installation or 6 months after the shipment from Enerhuis (whichever is earlier).

  can I still have the warranty if I purchase the product and install it abroad?

  The product must be purchased and installed through the authorized channels of Enerhuis. For cross-border installations, written confirmation is required; otherwise, the warranty will be invalid.

  Can the product warranty be extended?

  Yes. You can purchase an extended warranty service from the Enerhuis sales or service team within 24 months after the expiration of the original warranty period.

  What should I do if the product malfuncions during the warranty period?

  What types of warranty services will Enerhuis provide?

  We provide online support, on-site repair, factory repair, as well as replacement of components or the entire machine (for discontinued models, equivalent products of the same type will be provided).

  What situations are not covered by the warranty?

  The products without the Enerhuis logo, expired warranty period, use of non-Enerhuis components or firmware, unauthorized operation/dismantling/modification, usage beyond standard limits, intentional damage, natural disasters or transportation damage.
